3Rapid Training is primarily about providing a one on one, one hour session a week where we focus on three aspects of life. Finding your balance, gaining agility and building your strength. To compliment this come to a weekly 30min intensive, with 3 rapidly changing exercises where you focus on controlling your movements, but more importantly building yourself up through resistance training to be able to hold your own body weight. Feel like a human again, build your fitness, health and wellbeing through three simple exercises. Receive a workout journal and monitor your progress.
